About this manual

The purpose of this publication is to provide the descriptions and procedures required to allow for efficient use of the ST90 system. The manual does not contain detailed information about functions, dialog boxes and operating parameters.

Target audience

This publication is intended for all regular users of the ST90 system. Due to the nature of the descriptions and the level of detail provided by this publication, it is well suited for those who use the ST90 system on a daily basis, and have access to expert users for advice. We assume that you are familiar with the basic acoustic principles of sound in water. We also expect that you have some experience with sonar operation.
