Selecting which cursor and marker information to be shown in a view
It is often helpful to see information about the cursor and the active markers in the view.Use the Cursor Readout functionality to add information to the readout fields in the bottom corners of the view.

The purpose of this publication is to provide the descriptions and procedures required to allow for efficient use of the ST90 system. The manual does not contain detailed information about functions, dialog boxes and operating parameters.

  - Selecting which presentation modes to choose from at the bottom of the display presentation
    All echoes offered by the ST90 system are shown in rectangular views. Combinations of these views are organized in presentation modes.To open a presentation mode use the relevant tab on the bottom bar.Use the functionality offered by the Presentation Mode page to choose which presentation modes to choose from.

  - Moving a view to another display
    Each operating mode is presented with a set of views. These are placed at different positions with different sizes. If you have several displays connected to your Processor Unit you can even move selected views to another display. With the Docking Views function you can move and re-size the views in the display presentation.
  - Rearranging the layout of the echo presentations
    Each operating mode is presented with a set of views. These are placed at different positions with different sizes. With the Docking Views function you can move and re-size the views in the display presentation.
  - Restoring the locations and sizes of the views
    If you have used Docking Views to rearrange the position and size of your views, you must use User Settings to restore all the views to their default positions.

Technical specifications
The technical specifications summarize the main functional and operational characteristics of the ST90 system. They also provide information related to power requirements, physical properties and environmental conditions.
Datagram formats
The ST90 system can send and receive information to and from several different peripherals. All transmissions take place as datagrams with data sentences. Each datagram has a defined format and length.

Selecting which cursor and marker information to be shown in a view

It is often helpful to see information about the cursor and the active markers in the view.Use the Cursor Readout functionality to add information to the readout fields in the bottom corners of the view.

All the presentation modes are listed. Open a presentation mode to find a list of all the views it supports. Open a view to select which information to see in the readout fields.

The following information can be provided:

Left side

Information about the priority marker
Information about the tracked target

Right side

Information about the cursor
Information about the markers

Tracked target information / Priority marker information
Cursor information / Manual track information
The tracked target is regarded as an object, and it is identified with a circle and two lines. The two lines reflect the size of the current tracking area.

Procedure

Open the Display menu.
Select Display Options.
Observe that the Display Options dialog box opens. This dialog box contains a number of pages selected from the menu on the left side.
Select Cursor Readout to open the page.
All the presentation modes are listed.
Open a presentation mode to find a list of all the views it supports.
Open a view to select information.
Select OK to save the selected setting and close the dialog box.

If you think the text is small and hard to read, double-click on the text field. This will increase the text size.
