Capturing the display presentation in an image

While using the ST90 system you may wish to make a screen capture to save an instantaneous copy of the current presentation.

You can choose either a single screen capture or a sequence with multiple screen captures. Each screen capture you make is saved in .jpg format on the Processor Unit hard disk. The file name reflects the current date and time.

Procedure

  1. Make sure that the screen capture mode is set to Single.

You can choose either a single screen capture or a sequence with multiple screen captures. Open the Screen Captures dialog box to select screen capture mode.

  2. Observe Screen Capture on the top bar.
  3. Select Screen Capture to make a copy of the entire display presentation.

Every time you do this a new image file is created. Each capture includes the entire display presentation. This includes all the current views as well as the menu system.

You can also use the Screen Capture button on the Operating Panel.

    Note:

Operating Panel (Mk1): Press Record to make a screen capture.

Each screen capture you make is saved in .jpg format on the Processor Unit hard disk. Alternatively, you can use a USB flash drive or hard drive to save the screen captures. Use Screen Capture File Location to define where to save your screen captures.
